EventRosatom completed a $900 million purchase, buying the remaining 51 % of Delo Group on Oct 7 from founder Sergei Shishkaryov for 77 billion rubles. The deal gives Rosatom full control of Delo’s maritime terminals, rail and container operations, raising its share of Russia’s container‑handling market to roughly 50 % and rail transport to 44 %. It extends Rosatom’s reach from nuclear icebreakers to grain terminals under one umbrella.
Rosatom completed a full acquisition of Delo Group, taking control of a major container and freight operator that together with FESCO gives it about half of Russia’s container and rail transport capacity, thereby strengthening the country’s Arctic shipping infrastructure.
